St. Jude's Walk / Run

Each year Brothers of Iota Phi Theta raise money and participate in annual St. Jude's Walk / Run events all over the country.

 

This year, we will participate in the National Walk / Run Event on Sunday, September 29, 2024 starting at 2:00pm. We will raise awareness at the Virginia State University, Daniel Gymnasium, 4th Ave, Petersburg, VA 23806.

Facts about St. Jude Children's Research Hospital:

  • Families never receive a bill from St. Jude's for treatment, travel, housing or food.

  • They share our scientific discoveries with the world.

  • They are headquartered in Memphis, TN.

  • The name comes from Saint Jude Thaddeus, the patron saint of hopeless causes.
