In 1984, the Omicron Omega Chapter (RVA Iotas) was Chartered in the city of Richmond, Virginia as a 501(c)(7) chapter under the umbrella of the National Iota Phi Theta® Fraternity, Incorporated. Founding Members were Tony Henderson, Rondall James, Tyrone Key, Termon Minor and Lee Reaves.

For almost 40 years, the Omicron Omega chapter have been dedicated to enrichment, empowerment and social justice in our community. We are proud to be able to provide annual high school scholarships to graduating seniors and annual contributions to our VSU Endowment Fund. This is greatly influenced by generous contributions to our 501(c)(3) charitable foundation.

We are Graduate Advisors for local Undergraduate Chapters at VCU (Delta Delta), VUU (Theta Omicron) and UVA (Delta Lambda). Thank you for visiting our site and feel free to check us out at some of our social media links below.
